How do I place an order?
Ordering from us is a breeze! Just explore our menu, make your selections, and head to the checkout page to complete your purchase.
If you need any help or have special requests, feel free to contact our customer support team—we’re here to assist you!
How does it work?
- Once you place your order, it will be submitted to our kitchen and prepared within the next 24 hours, or on the next business day if the order is made over a weekend or public holiday.
- After preparation, your food will be frozen and then sent to the courier company for collection.
- When your order is frozen and ready for shipment, we’ll send you an updated email with the courier company’s details and a tracking number, so you can monitor your order’s progress.
Shipping & Delivery:
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9AM and 4PM. During busy times deliveries may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
(We do not deliver on public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)

How long can the meals stay frozen?
A safe guideline is no longer than 3 months, but each meal has a best before date sticker on.
Where can I store the meals after delivery?
Upon receiving your meals, promptly transfer them to your freezer. Just place them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Each meal is individually packaged for your convenience, so you can easily grab one whenever you need it.
Are the meals portioned?
All our meals are portioned to provide you with convenient and balanced servings. We take into consideration the nutritional value and ensure that each meal is carefully prepared to meet your dietary needs.
Can I customise my meals?
We do not customize any dishes for specific diets, we offer a build a package option if you would like to select meals according to your own meal plan.
What happens if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
All our products are made according to our recipes so please check the ingredients before placing your order.
