Heating Instructions
For the best results, allow the meal to fully thaw before heating.
Remove the sleeve and film or pierce the film before reheating.

Microwave:

• Defrosted: Heat for 7–10 minutes.
• Frozen: Heat for 10–12 minutes.

Allergens: Produced in a facility that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds, garlic and onions.

Defrosting Instructions:

1. Remove from freezer approximately 1 day before use.
2. Defrost in the fridge and keep refrigerated while thawing.

Storage Instructions:

1. Store frozen at -18°C for up to 5 months or until the best before date.
2. Once thawed, consume within 2 days.
3. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
